Where guests are directed to the most suitable forms of assistance. During the initial interviews performed by the volunteers at Reception, specific needs or requests on the part of beneficiaries may emerge. In these cases they are referred directly to one of the specialist desks of the Guidance Service (social services, employment, legal advice) or the Prendiamoci Cura Fund. In more complex or unclear situations, an appointment is made directly with the head of the Guidance Service; this is an opportunity to analyse the situation in greater depth, taking account of the whole series of multiproblematic factors. The goal of the interview is to clearly direct the guest towards the internal services of Opera San Francesco (Social Area, Health Centre) or to external local community services once their condition has been assessed. This takes place through the precise illustration of all of the assistance options possible and available both at OSF and externally.
