Job Service

Work for all, also the most vulnerable.

The Job Service team works to facilitate the job market and social inclusion of vulnerable people that have difficulty finding work on their own. People are given help writing CVs and presentation letters, guided towards training programmes and assisted in understanding which activities are most in line with their personal aptitudes and characteristics. They are taught how to search for work: registration on websites, opening email accounts to send applications, preparing for job interviews, reading employment contracts, rights and duties, understanding wage slips, etc.

For an even more professional approach and to expand its services, OSF has entered into a partnership with Le Vele, a non-profit participatory foundation that for years has promoted initiatives in the social sphere. The job search service for families and businesses carried out by Le Vele places a lot of emphasis on the relational and quality aspects of the service provided.

The families and businesses that turn to OSF can take advantage of the following services:

Families: search and hiring of caregivers, home helps, babysitters, administrative management of working relations;

Businesses: recruitment, internships, training courses.

The synergic work carried out between the OSF Guidance Service and the Le Vele Foundation contributes significantly to matching supply and demand. The meeting and dialogue between OSF, private parties and businesses sensitive to social issues makes it easier to include more vulnerable people in the employment market.
